Finally in November 2013, after almost a year involved with various bureaucratic procedures and approval processes, the Government instigated an evaluation committee to select a contractor to implement the reconstruction of the Historical Building of the National Museum and subsequently the envelopes containing the tenderers’ bids were unsealed and the evaluation committee could begin its work.
